Gratuities

haircolorconcepts does not allow gratuities to be added to any credit card or cash back on debit card purchase. For customer convenience an ATM machine is available at the salon for personal guest withdrawals.

Cancellation & No Show Appointment

We value your business and ask you to respect our scheduling policies.

Please notify us at least 24 hours prior in advance for any cancellation.

Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, or no show appointment are required to pay 50% for any appointment service(s) that are reserved, in order to continue to book future services appointments.

Repeat Offenders:
If you consistently cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up for your appointments after the third time, you will only be able to reserve an appointment based on availability on same day of the call and make a deposit of 75% of service(s) requested. (NO REFUNDS)

Late Arrival

To ensure the promptness of all appointments we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment that is 15 minutes late or more to another convenient time.

Children

We welcome all well behaved children. Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning, climbing on chairs, or opening drawers. There are sharp objects and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children.

haircolorconcepts accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ApplePay, GooglePay and cash only.

Returns or Refunds

haircolorconcepts proudly stands behind their professional brand of products. All are final sales and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different product. A product or tool that is damaged can be exchanged for the same product. Hairdressing is a service of artistic impression, we are committed to our art as well as serving our guests. If you are dissatisfied with your service you have a 48 hour period to return and have the issue corrected. No refunds or exchange for services, products or deposits.
